What is the difference between Free and Base?
Free is €0 per month and includes the core features. Base is €19.99 per month incl. VAT, adds Loyalty and has a lower online payment fee (2.5% instead of 4.5%).
Can my clients book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page where clients choose a service, date and time within your availability, 24/7. They automatically receive a confirmation email.
Can my clients cancel an appointment?
Yes, through the link in their confirmation. You decide how many hours before the appointment clients can cancel or reschedule themselves.
How does Apple Calendar work?
You add a secure calendar link to Apple Calendar. Your Fluxify appointments appear there read-only; changes in Apple Calendar do not sync back to Fluxify.
Can I set my own working hours?
Yes. Set your hours per day, with multiple time blocks per day, plus exceptions for specific dates.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Base is billed monthly and can be cancelled. Free has no monthly cost.
How do online payment fees work?
Online payments are not live yet. Once available, Free has a 4.5% fee per online payment and Base 2.5%. You can already record in-salon payments yourself, at no cost.
